Cantonese yoga classes are open for different levels of practitioners; classes will be vinyasa-based, flowy and sweaty with some stretches!

課堂會以拜日式作為基礎練習不同式子,注重動作與呼吸的協調。

動作會有不同程度選擇,適合不同程度,想感受帶氧練習的人參加。

Power Class 力量瑜伽

Cantonese yoga classes focus on advanced poses practise and body strength build-up

課堂節奏比較快,會練習協調性高啲瑜伽動作,包括手平衡,倒立同其他式子。適合想挑戰自己,有恆常瑜伽練習的人參加。
